On vacation and glasses broke. JC Penny Optical told me they could repair glasses. I had the temple of my glasses "repaired". They went through a huge explanation how they would be repaired and that they had a lifetime warranty. To days later now back to my state of residence, hundreds of miles away while sitting on the couch I realized my glasses felt funny and it had fallen apart. This was not a cheap repair. They charged 63.50 to do a supposed repair. I tried to call them and was greeted by an answering machine. I called my bank for assistance and they couldn't offer any. I called the number back and reached a live person. She said she would credit my account 60.00. Now seven days later I still do not have a credit. I tried to call and you guessed it, I received a recorded message. DON'T WASTE THE MONEY!!!!! They should be investigated!
