Overall

I brought my laptop in for a repair to the power port and was told it would be fixed "tomorrow." Called the next day, told "tomorrow again." No big deal I assumed. I came in the following morning and they had my laptop but was told that the new port didn't match my old cable. The owner said he'd alter the cable to work and it would be like factory condition. Again he said the repair would be done "tomorrow." Didn't hear again for a week and a half. Called again and when I spoke to him I was told that he had needed to order parts and that they had just come in. He'd fix the cable that night and again, it would be ready "tomorrow." I had to leave town over the weekend and assumed that it would be finished when I got home. I got home and spent most of the day trying to get a hold of the store. When I finally got through I was told by an employee that the part hadn't arrived yet. (The same part that the owner had told me had arrived the week before.) This company is terrible. Their service has been awful and I am beyond sick of being told tomorrow only to wait weeks and not hear a damn thing. I feel that I have been lied to and jerked around and I will never use this company again.

Overall

Dropped off computer at the begining of december. Was told it would only take a day or so. It is now feb 11 and it has been a NIGHTMARE!! Avoid like the plague. Rob has been telling us it'll be done tomorrow for the past two months. When we call or stop up, he simply says that it go taken to the western hills store. When we go there, they say it is at the colerain store. It has cost me dearly. My tax info is on it and missed the appointment with my accountant. I havent even been able to send out thankyou cards from my wedding a month ago because all of he addresses are on there. Contacted a lawyer this morning to get the computer back. This has been a HUGE problem. Rob clearly does not care and claims that he has been sick for the past two months. Even when i demanded it back, put together or not, he has refused. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. EVER.

Very Unprofessional, I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am still waiting to hear back from the owner. I had to go to the store 4 times to get my computer back and all of my data. I have left 3 messages to have the owner contact me and I have not received a call.

rude and shady

Dropped off a laptop, was called hours later saying that it was shot, but that they would trade mine for another. Told them I would talk to them when I got there. Once there, the employee tried to sell me a different laptop for $300. When I said I just wanted mine back he told me it wasn't put back together and that would take another 30 min. Waited an hour. Was asked to come back. Came back in two hours, was told come back tomorrow. Came back the next day and was told he was "still working on it" and would be out in a min. Waited for about 15 min. While the person "working" on it walked past us 4 times without acknowledging us at all. I find this rude and the fact they just assumed if they told me it was "shot" i would buy one of their laptops without having mine together seems rather shady. I would not trust them ever again. Wonder if they broke it during the time they had it so I would buy another comp.
