Horrific! I went in with a photo of what I wanted. I made it VERY clear that I had been waiting 5 years to get this done to my hair. I also made it VERY clear that I understood it would damage my hair and despite that fact I DID NOT WANT MY LENGTH TOUCHED at all. I went in for a consultation the 1st time and was told that they could do the style and the color BUT that they would have to do a purple not a pink BUT that the purple they use fades to the fuschia i wanted. That didnt matter because the color looked horrible and so did the way it was done... it was splotchy and the under color went up the the crown of my head you could see just a line of purple. I complained and i did it very nicely i explained i wasnt happy and would like a redo if possible. They did the redo but during i felt i was being rude because it is like the girl was trying to use the least amount as possible of everything since it was free. keep in mind despite my dissatisfaction i tipped 20 to each girl. anyway i called a week after the 2nd because i was giving it time to fade and to try to get used to the FIVE inches that they cut AGAINST my wishes. i was asked to send pictures and i did i also sent a picture of what i wanted done and here is the response i got and the response i gave back in anger.

Grrr!!!!what do you not understand about I DID NOT WANT MY HAIR CUT?! The color is purple NOT FUSCHIA the blonde is overwhelming on the sides and my hair has blonde, caramel, dark brown, red, purple, and purplish white. ... that is no where near what I asked for OR what thwy said they could do... I don't know what those notes say but it surely doesnt sound like anything TRULY discussed and agreed upon, seems to me you have consults so you can make false notes and rub them in clients faces when they complain to you. I AM GLAD I do not run my business the way you are running tour salon. The 1st time it looked like a freshman did my hair and the second time 5 inches were cut against my telling her I DID NOT WANT any length removed!! Ill be going on all review sites and letting everyone know how horrifically I feel I am being treated... I CHOSE YOU OVER ENVY due to my availability and ONLY for that reason... next time I will be patient and wait until I am not busy to go to envy!!! So dissatisfied!!
