They know how much my vehicle means to me, so they always make sure it's in the best running and looking shape. Mike was kind and generous to tell me I had other problems with my vehicle. His concern of me driving it the way it was ...was heartfelt. I appreciate the honesty. The ladies in the office where I had too get the loaner until my car was fixed eased all worries as well. I'm glad im apart of the Chevy family.

Upon arriving with my car Bob had already had my problem in the computer. I was greeted promptly and courteously by employees for starting the ball rolling in settling my issues. They have a great department.

Mike W in service was awesome. I just drove to town from out of state Friday night and had issues with my 08 Tahoe. I needed to return back home on Sunday. I called in Saturday morning and Mike said bring it in, we are only open to 12, but we will look at it. He put a rush on it and was able to repair my rotor. Then I picked up my clean car, the cashier offered me a tin of cookies, and I was on my way by noon. This is what service is supposed to be, thank you to the entire team at Joseph's. If I lived here I would be a customer for life. you will not be disappointed. #chevyrocks

Their customer service is excellent, I never take my cobalt anywhere but here for all its mechanical service needs with or without a warranty, they work with you not against your pocket. Automobile repairs can be expensive they're will work with you. Thanks to Mike, and all the service dept.
