Hatfield Carpet Care

First of all; I moved ALL furniture; except for one bed on ROLLERS and a sectional couch.I told the man I was just going to move the bed to one side so he could clean under and then I would move the bed back. he rolled it back when he was finished same with the sectional. He lifted one side of couch, I lifted the other. he moved the sectional to its original spot when I was in other room. Realizing what he was doing I came in and said "let me help"; HE said "no". He said; you know "I am suppose to charge you for moving furniture but I will just let you pay for my lunch?" When he was finished he stood at my door, and said:"You know, its getting to be lunchtime, and I am getting hungry and "I did say earlier, that you were going to pay for my lunch." CREEPY! i felt very uneasy so I gave him $5 and he took it! I had no problem, moving the 2 on my own. When treating a certain spot instead of rubbing it with a rag, he used his shoes! NON-PROFESSIONAL! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
