Fisher Griffin Company

I've had 2 cars in Fisher-Griffin for new headliners over the past 2-3 years. With the first car, I received a call that they didn't have the shade of grey that matched the original color, and they asked if they could go a couple shades darker. I thought it was odd that they didn't carry "standard grey" material, but said "ok" and the resulting workmanship was fine. The 2nd car, I got a call saying they broke the dome light but would try to glue it back together. On the envelope I dropped off with keys, I wrote "(gray)" for the headliner color, as almost all interior colors were grey. At pickup, I found they put a Tan headliner in, without consulting me. When I complained, they salesman defended their position to match the original car headliner color, despite my written instructions. No apology, no discount for this or the broken dome light. I will look harder for another company to do business with for my 3rd car, which also needs a headliner....possibly Wendys Custom Upholstery.
