First National Moving and Storage

First National was my first experience using a moving company and they were awesome!! They arrived on time and worked very hard never taking a break until job was done. For the price is was so worth having them do all the hard work. After watchig them I have a greater respect for movers!!! Thank you for doing an awesome job!!!!!!

When the load arrived in Illinois, the driver was meticulous in ensuring that the items were in good condition and that every item on the checklist was received. I had read and heard about problems with movers so confess I was a little nervous. Happy to report that my fears were un-warranted. The entire experience was flawless on both ends.

My husband was traveling up until the day before and they were great with communicating. Our items were delivered just when expected to a storage unit in Florida. The movers were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

The movers were on time and got to work quickly. I used packing service, all boxes were marked and easily found upon arrival. Everything arrived in the same condition as it left. Highly recommend.

First National did it again. Excellent service from start to finish. My most recent move was a smaller job and they knocked it out of the park. Somehow they managed to move ping pong table and 2 large exercise machines down 2 flights.

My husband and I have had our items in storage for over two years with First National moving and storage. They have been courteous and straightforward with us through all of it. They helped us move over 2800 miles and back again! I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs. Whether local or long distance, they are top notch!

The movers themselves did a great job packing and loading the items into the storage containers on the first part of the move. When it came time to make the physical move, everything went smoothly. The movers were careful and worked hard the whole time.

First National made it it very clear at the beginning that the cost would be based on what I needed done. Packing would be extra but only what I didn't finish. I find it extremely important for a moving company to be honest with their clients. Other quotes I received had no mention of packing

After much research and review reading on multiple moving companies I chose First National. They were responsible, caring and well organized for the entire move. Customer service was also very helpful in addressing all my questions. The guys at pickup were all well informed as to what to do I really didn't have to do much. The delivery was within what I agreed and all my stuff was still in good condition. I would definitely recommend these guys.

My move with First National Moving and Storage was exceptional. I didn’t have much time to find a moving companying because the closing of my house was moved forward. I had 4 days to leave my home. I called a few companies but they did not have the availability or just didn’t sound like a company I wanted. I spoke to Tommy from First National and was so impressed by his knowledge of everything. He made sure to give me an accurate quote and have the availability at such short notice! I was so excited to use them to help me move onto the next chapter of my life. The guys that came to my home were awesome. They did a great job packing up the truck were funny while doing it! I made sure they took a lunch break with me just so we could talk and laugh some more. They left with my items and I felt as ease knowing this great company had my stuff. I’m in storage till my new home is ready but can’t wait to see how great they are at delivery. I was moving from Miami to Los Angeles for a job. I had very strict time constraints with this move that I needed my items before I started my job. I told them I needed it on the 20th so they set the date to pick me up on the 10th. I was stressed to say the least because my position depended on me getting my items. My rep Lauren assured me it would not be a problem but I was skeptical like I think anyone would be. The movers came to pack up my house and did a phenomenal job. I was so impressed! I get to my new home on the 15th and got a call that day saying everything was on track for the 20th. The 20th came and so did my delivery. I was very pleased with how this move went I had to leave them a review! Everything they said they would do they did it flawlessly!

Aside from packing and unpacking I didn't really have to lift a finger which is exactly what I wanted. I also have a VERY heavy entertainment center which I thought might result in a higher price once they saw it, or complications with moving it, but nope! No problems. Nothing broken, everything as it should be. Would use again.

This is a good moving company and the movers do a good job. Very hard working and very professional. They provide boxes and blankets and some packing materials.

Setting up a moving date and quote was super easy. They gave me a pickup window for the early morning on tuesday the 10th. A team of about 4 came within the first hour, and the team leader spoke to me about what I had agreed upon and the rate before starting. They worked quickly but were careful with my things. I appreciate having true professionals who really know what they're doing. I had little to do except direct them.

hey did a great job by moving my 2 bedroom apartment, tagged and inventoried everything, and made sure everything was exactly where I wanted to be in my new place. They did an excellent job by wrapping the furniture and every piece arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend "First National" to anyone !

The move delivered the goods in good condition. I feel comfortable with the service. The staff has professional manners. First National has reasonable prices for customers. I think it's a customers friendly service.

The loading process was fair. As opposed to what I had experienced in previous relocations, there were no signs of skimpy jobs. They took their ample time loading the properties and ensuring that nothing bad happened. Because of their careful nature, we did not experience any damage case. Everything, from the utensils and electronics to the bedding, was relocated safely. Even the fragile glass collections were relocated safely. When they were done the packing, the van took off to my new residence.

We picked up and moved quite a ways! First National really helped us get to where we were going, and I am very pleased with their service. From day one, they were on board with my needs and they accommodated my needs very well. A fast move, with very professional staff is all that I could have asked for. We got from point A to point B without a hitch and all of the property we moved was still in pristine condition!

This is the first time I have move long-distance and I did need some help with packing there was additional charges upfront but I'm very happy that they charge me for the additional packing ahead of time when they got out there I did not take me a few items of my price actually went down thanks a lot first national I'll be referring you to all my family and friends.
