They also own the Renata apartments this the third landlord in my 3 years of being here the owners are now Cincinnati portfolio reality llc these are rude wicked people whom get people section 8 taken because they don’t want fix issues you have in your unit they lie an manipulate the law to cover their own ass they are wicked destroying lives all for greed an trying raise rent in code violated units they are sick an evil!! Do not rent from these people run

These apartments are TERRIBLE! They don't fix anything they are severely Roach infested. I open my mailbox roaches are ALWAYS dead in between my mail. They scam and pretend they didn't get your rent and they evict you. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I would like to caution anyone thinking of moving into any of the karam properties especially this because it has been terribly maintain since i moved in at Ferncrest i would my air conditioners would be installed 2 weeks after i moved which was January of 2009. I didn't get installed until July 2009 and that was after at least 30 phone calls/conversations

with our leasing agents. During the nine month that i have been living here the electric in the hallways and laundry rooms have been cut off by the electric company several times. Lately during the last three months the hot water in my building has been out for days at a time. Present i have been without hot water for almost a week in the building in which i live. My wife and I have contacted the leasing agents, 1-800- maintenance line, and corporate office but nothing is being done to fix the problem. These are just a few of major issues that i have dealt with living here. This is why i would like to warn anyone looking for an apartment or place to stay to avoid any karam properties
