Dr. Sharon Nicholas, MD

I saw Dr. Kelly Metz and that woman was rude, inconsiderate, and generally unkind when I went to see her for help with allergies. She interrupted me, spoke down to me, and made me feel terrible, after making me wait for half an hour in the exam room. This is not the first bad experience I've had here, but it will be the last.

I was allowed to wait for my appt for 2 hours. I kept checking back every 15 minutes and not until after 2 hours had elapsed was I told that I would not bee seen the and not at all at that office. I was left trying to find a new Dr to get my RXs refilled. Luckily I had not waited until the last minute. I was late for work for nothing that day and the next week the office manager called me continually to apologize and assure me that I as welcomed at the practice again. The will not get another chance to do that to me again and I hope that the same never happens to you! I REALLY give a ZERO star rating however the review would not accept without at least one star applied. ZERO STAR IS MY RATING.
