        easy workout for women only

        I love that Curves is a woman-only place to do a workout that lasts a half hour but still kicks my butt. This Curves is one of the nicest I have seen and it is really big and nicely decorated. The machines are clean and easy to use and they show you how to do everything until you learn the machines. A really nice place to tone up, all kinds of people there.
