this company is a sub contractor for time warner cable. after we switched to cincinnati bell and cancelled our time warner subscription the disconnect order that we placed in january was just carried out today in may. upon the technician showing up at our home while he was disconnecting our time warner connection he also managed to disconnect our new cincinnati bill connection and then just left. After contacting the msin office they are not assuming any responsibility. Now cincinnati bell must come out and repair their poor workmanship. Very disappointed with their service. I highly recommend you consider using a different company for your cable/TV needs
