One of the best gun shops in the city. I often travel from the East side past several other gun shops to come here. The guys are friendly and very knowledgeable, and they often have odd accessories for old guns when few other shops even know what gun I'm asking about.

There are a handful of gun shops on the Westside and this one is my favorite. It's a small shop and I've bought a few guns from them as well as a good amount of ammo and accessories. The guys behind the counter know their firearms, are conversational and engaging. They're my first stop when I'm looking for something to add to the collection.

I have lived on the west side all my life and had always wanted to do business with arms and accessories. So when it was time I ask them to clean my shotgun and to replace the tude mag with a longer one. A magazine that was one piece. I made sure that they knew,and the gentleman was in agreement,that it was to be one piece. I did not mind the add cost because I knew what I was paying for. Well the gun was not cleaned well and they gave me a two peice magazine. But what burns me up was that there was no customer service as to how we could meet in the middle to make it right. As a Marine it was a honor thing and I felt let down by them. I can clean my own rifles I am very busy and wanted to give them the businss and now I am out double the time and money. I hope I am the only one they have done this to and if they would make it right I would change my mind about them. Good Luck
