I would not recommend this vet to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I had a horrible experience and so did my dog. I took my new puppy there where she was given required vaccinations and given flea meds as a preventive. She had not had fleas. I complained when after starting the first treatment she ended up with fleas. I informed them it wasn't working so they gave me a different flea med which also didn't work. She ended up doubled up on treatment and still had fleas. She had no fleas upon taking her there and after a few visits and given ineffective flea treatments she ended up covered in them. My family couldn't sit with her without have fleas jumping on them I contacted them numerous times. They would not offer me reimbursement for failed product and there solution to the problem involved me spending more money for a treatment that would last3 days and then after that depend on the prior flea treatment given that had not worked. They blamed her fleas on a home and yard infestation. After constant attempts to fix this issue and rid my pet of fleas I ended up finding a new vet where I was given a different flea treatment and by the next morning I couldn't find a flea on her. Incompetence and poor customer service at its best!
