I was very disappointed in the care that was shown by the nurses and this company. I was repeatedly called and given excuses why my appointment had to be moved back over and over, only to have the nurse, Judy, show up and provide bad care, in a hurry and spent more time on the phone than even showing attention

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible service, every day it was a new lie as to why they had not sent a nurse out; the managers made empty promises and avoided actual resolution of problems. They need to hire more nurses and try to care about their patients instead of the insurance & medicare income. It should be about quality of care, not income. The employees are very unhappy and reflect it in their care; if you don't treat them with respect they will not care about the patients that they should provide passionate care for. The nurses were rude and in a rush to be on to the next patient or end their day; and they were always on the phone while care was supposed to be given.
