        A Hands-On Approach is a massage therapy practice with an emphasis on working with clients to help them better understand their bodies, how they work, and how to keep them healthy. I treat a large variety of needs and dysfunctions ranging from back pain and strained muscles to stress relief and TMJ disorders. Using varying techniques, each massage is customized to the client and their wellness goals. Massages are by appointment only with day, evening and Saturday sessions available.         I’ve been going to A Hands on Approach for almost a year now and was recommended to me by my Doctor/Surgeon after having minor back surgery. April is simply awesome at what she does!!! And that’s catering and listening to the needs of her clients. Whether you’ve had an injury or just need to experience a good relaxation (mentally and physically) as a license massage therapist April is able to truly make a healthier, happier you by using the procedures that best for YOU!

        April is extremely professional and knowledgable. She discovered sore muscles I didn't know I had and relieved them all! I already booked my next appointment!
