DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! got A car, when I got home the check engine light went on I would assume that this company does inspect their vehicles to insure their cars will perform well. at least make through week without having any type of issues. so I informed car outlet and they agreed to have the car repaired but as soon as I get the vehicle back the light came back on. this goes one four more times until I decided that what they sold me was A lemon. so I returned the car back to the dealer and they want me to pay for A lemon I don't own nor have nor want. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! SCAM DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! most there cars have issues. manager is A joke and most of there employees are clowns DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! unless you want A lemon DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! you've been warned DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! you will regret it.

I WILL NOT GIVE ANY STARS TO THIS DEALERSHIP.MY MOTHER RECENT PURCHASED A VEHICLE BEFORE BUYING THEY MUST DO AN INSPECTION BEFORE RELEASING IT TO THE CUSTOMER.SHE HAD A QUARTER OF OIL THE VEHICLE WAS SHAKING AND THERE WAS ANTIFREZZ LEAKING FROM THE VEHICLE AND MY LITTLE BROTHER DROVE VEHICLE HE WAS ABOUT TO CRASH THE BRAKES WOULD NOT WORK AND YES WE BOUGHT VEHICLE SOLD AS IS BUT STILL SO MUCH THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUISNESS SO WHY THEY DON'T INSPECT WOW THEY SOLD A SHADDY VEHICLE TO MY MOTHER.PEOPLE BEFORE GOING AND PICK A VEHICLE REMEMBER ALWAYS GO WITH SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT VEHICLES THEIR PRICE IS OUT OF RANGLE HOLLY CRAP ITS NOT WORTH IT. IT SEEM TO ME THE VEHICLE (SUV SHE BOUGHT) WAS CURRENT IN AN ACCIDENT.WHEN I WENT BACK TO DEALERSHIP SPEEK TO THE REP WHO ATTENDED MY MOTHER AND SOLD VEHICLE STATED THEY CAN FIX BRAKES MY MOTHER LOVED VEHICLE. SO REP ASK US TO SPEEK WITH MANAGER(WOMEN) SHE WAS NOT WANTING TO HELP OUT ALL SHE STATED WAS YOU'RE MOTHER BOUGHT VEHICLE AS IS THE ONLY THING WE CAN DO IS TRADE VEHICLE.TO BE HONEST I STATED BACK IM NOT TRADEING VEHICLE WHEN YOU HAVE A 2004 ALEXUS SUV FOR 14,500 AND LIKE 150,000 MILES ARE YOU SERIOUS OH LORD.I STATED ALL WE WANT IS TO FIX BRAKES AT LEAST MANAGER STATED NO) I STATED CAN I SPEEK TO YOUR BOSS SHE CALLED HER BIG BOSS AND HE REFUSE TO SPEEK TO US WOW TALK ABOUT PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE ... WELL I TOLD HER A QUESTION BEFORE SELLING A VEHICLE DO YOU GUYS INSPECT VEHICLE BEFORE GIVING IT TO THE CUSTOMER'' AND THE MANAGER STATED NO"" THATS WHERE SHE MEST UP I STATED REALLY.... THEN SHE STATED YES WE DO..NOW YOU TELL ME ARE THEY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN WORK THERE.... WELL THATS OUR EXPERIANCE AND THIS AHPPENED 10/25/2014 WHEN SHE PURCHASED VEHICLE I WENT AND CALL THEM ON 10/27/2014 BECAUSE SUNDAY OF COURSE DEALERSHIPS ARE CLOSED WELL HOPE YOU GUYS OPEN YOUR EYES AND MAKE SURE TO INSPECT VEHICLE

I have now purchased my second vehicle from Car Outlet. I am still happy with the first vehicle purchased and very pleased with the new purchase last week. I was able to work a very busy daily schedule and go through the process of buying a vehicle. The staff were very helpful in working through the paper/process, The experience was made easy. When it is time to purchase a third vehicle, I know where I am going. I enjoyed working with Car Outlet very much.

On initial contact I spoke to a very knowledgeable female. Although no quotes were made over the phone, she was very convincing in having me come in. This was a company that was actually thinking about my needs and wants for a new vehicle. I went in and was addressed by a gentleman. This gentleman was quite nice, also very knowledgeable, and not pushy. Together we worked out a good deal. I was content with the offer worked out for me. My needs were met and they made me feel comfortable. I am glad I got to work with such professionals that actually looked out for my best interest. I left the lot with a great vehicle, a great deal & the urge to purchase a vehicle for my wife.

They greeted us with a smile and patiently walked with us until we found what we were looking for. The Finance manager was an ultimate gentlemen and very honest as well as professional.
