Maroon DDS PC

Went in for cleaning and was told the office had scheduled to do a deep cleaning on my teeth. When I stated that I wanted to go to a Periodontics specialist for this the front office staff was extremely rude and stated they would not authorize a referral. I have a PPO, I do not need this DDS permission to go to a Periodontist specialist. When I told the front office staff this the rudeness was increased. When I asked for my x-rays that my insurance had already paid for the told me it would cost me $50.00 for my x-rays.

You are in an open office area and are forced to listen to this unprofessional staff gossip then have them bill your insurance for a full set of x-rays and refuse to give you the x-rays they have already been paid for so you can seek treatment from another dentist. This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever had the displeasure to have to deal with

I was a new patient at Dr Maroon's office last week. First of all the front office staff was very unprofessional. I can hear all their gossip and some cursing. I had my young child with me and didn't approve of the behavior. When it was my turn to be seen in the chair the Dr was very nice but he seemed more like a sales person than a health provider. I don't believe I need thousands of dollars worth of dental work done. I am a military dependant and was told they give out military discounts, much to my suprise they lied and don't. I will never return and will definetly warn my friends and family that this office is not only dirty, but staffed with rude and obnoxious staff.

The receptionist is needs to work on her etiquette skills. On two occassions she had me on hold for more than five minutes, one time she never answered again. The soonest appointment they could give me was in six weeks because they only do their scheduling on Fridays and Saturdays for certain insurances. Thumbs down for this dentist office. ;o(
