California Corvair Parts Inc

I am a long time classic car restorer of various cars as a hobbie. 20 years of experience using vendors. I took my corvair spyder convertible to California corvairs and Jeff the owner promised good work and service. I asked the engine be checked out prior to a substancial investment. He assured me it was in good condition. After spending over 2500 dollars I was assured the car engine was good and this money would fix the leaks. The car was pushed out to me from his garage after he had had it for almost 2 months. He claimed he did not have time to put gas in the car. I drove the car home only to discover the engine had begun to smoke and the car still leaked puddles of oil under the car. I have since discovered the engine is in need of a complete rebuild and almost every thing this guy does, is half done. Avoid this shop at all costs, or it will cost you big time. His word is worthless and he does not care if you are happy. Look past the friendly con artist and ask yourself why he is in chino with very few cars in the shop and addicted car nut like me is taking the time to write this. Count on the owner responding with ignorant claims that are not related to the awful work they do. Avoid this place or it will cost you money and time with no results.
