They took me off meds that were helping my migraines and I don't know the reason but if they want you off a med they simply stop prescribing it. It was not a narcotic.

Unprofessional stuff... Need to do TB test for work,in my records it that I had reaction in the past. I informed nurse about reaction she talked to the doctor and wait it ok they still do this. Today 1/14/16 I came to check of course my arm is read and has rush. So now they send me to X-ray and I will be charge double but not only this nurse was trying to make me do pregnancy test with threat that if I refuse she put this in my record. She probably didn't even check that I had tubal ligation in the past. Money making place don't care about they patients. Highly regret that I went there

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I call, I get an attitude from the receptionists and nurses. On top of that, they book you to see your doctor 3 months out unless you call back AT LEAST 3 times and beg them to see you sooner. If you have pain, forget it. They treat you like a drug addict. Getting prescriptions refilled is like pulling teeth. The doctors do not empathize or even listen to you. Every time I go there I am interrupted the entire time. After waiting an hour to see my doctor, I am shooed away in 15 minutes with no answers or solutions. They would prefer for their patients to search the streets, self medicate, or worse - commit suicide - rather than treat them for pain. (I literally told him that if I have to live this way, I don't want to live....and he recommended that I find a new doctor). One nurse told me I need to "hang in there" until the surgeon calls me. I can't believe I've been going to this place since I was born....before it was ever called "Riverbend." This place has truly gone down the drain. After battling with them week after week for the last 10 months, I'm throwing in the towel, before I really do throw myself off a cliff. Time for a new doctor's office.

This place is basically an assembly line of rude, incompetent people who only care about their bottom line. My PCP is Dr. Cody; however in over a year of being a patient, I have never once met her. This includes my yearly physical. I am seen by a different PA each time, who spends half the time looking up info on their computer. Also, a few month ago, I made an appointment to discuss my medications. As usual I was seen by a PA. I had 2 refills left, so she told me to call when I needed a refill. Today, I called to make that refill, and was told that Dr. Cody is refusing to fill it until she sees me. My medication is just for Wellbutrin and Celexa, anti-depressants I have been on for 8 years. So, what was the point of my last appointment? Why didn't she see me then? Anyway, their next appointment wasn't for another TWO MONTHS! They expected me to withdraw off my meds cold turkey, which can be dangerous. She refused to give me a script to hold me over. They were extremely rude and condescending, like I was just being a pain in the you-know-what. Eventually, they transferred me to a nurse (also rude), and again, the refusal. I started to cry and said, "It doesn't have to be Dr. Cody, I've never even met her! Out of all your doctors, you have no openings!" I got an appt. for another doctor for next week. Had I not made a big deal, the next two months would be a major problem. I thanked her and she said really snottily "well, do you want to know the time?" well, yeah! Cutting off anti-depressants is a huge deal, and they could care less. After next week, I am never going again!

I'm new to the whole Dr scene. Before last year I didn't have health insurance for almost 10 years. As a child I was a patient to the riverbend medical pediatrics. I figured it would be a good idea to go back where I had a good experience in my youth. Once I had a Dr and got an appointment (which I had to wait over 6 months for) I was very excited to finally be seen by a professional. At last I could receive answers for all of my ailments. When I arrived at my visit and spoke with my doctor, after months of waiting and years of not being seen, I was in the room with the Dr for maybe 5 minutes. She looked me up and down, discredited my worries about my health, and basically told me to hit the road. She was extremely uncaring, rude, and over all just made me feel like I was wasting her time. After asking her questions and being shot down and made to feel stupid for asking, I received one referral for a problem that was quite low on my list of concerns. After the whole ordeal I felt cheated. Like this person who is supposed to care about my health just brushed me off like a piece of trash. I was mad. I'm going to give her one more chance and if she acts the same as last time I'm just going to tell her like it is and say what an emerassemnt she is to doctors everywhere. Also when I called to make my second appointment the receptionist was really snotty. Stay away from riverbend if you desire a caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, and most of all professional Dr experience.

If I could I'd give this place ZERO stars! I have seen many doctors here in the hopes of finding one that actually cared or listened but I have not found any at all. These people are unprofessional, lazy, inexperienced and rude. They are nothing but sniffle doctors and if you have any REAL problems I feel bad for you because if you go here to get help you will never get it. My last primary care doctor was so unprofessional that she used profanity when talking to me! I couldnt believe it!They have lawsuits up the wazzoo for their negligence and I have had so many bad experiences here that I cant even list them all. You dont have to take my word for it but I promise if you do than you will be saving yourself a lot of stress and pain and avoiding this place at all costs could possibly save your life! Oh and the receptionists really are incompetent. They cant figure out how to write things down properly let alone schedule an appointment.

Dont bother! This place will be a waste of your time. The first time I called the receptionist was rude so I decided to look elsewhere. Then I decided that was probably a fluke so I should try it. Bad move!! Show up for my appointment and they can't find me on the schedule. Then the receptionist finally finds my records and tells me I have an appointment on x date. I say. "Um you called me yesterday to confirm its today..." oh, no, turns out the doctor is in fact not working today but instead of informing me they have rescheduled my appointment without checking with me. In fact, they couldn't even be bothered to tell me they've cancelled my original. Unless you enjoy wasting time, gas, and sick leave, find another practice. Oh, and no, they didn't bother to apologize.

The best experience I've had in a doctor's office. I have been to this facility about 2 dozen times within the last two years to sort out some medical issues I have been having. Outstanding service..The doctor's are absolutely amazing..Don't pay attention to the same person below leaving multiple negative reviews..This place will set your mind at ease. Thanks Riverbend!!!!

Dishonest, hippocritical, no listening skills, hates people, no compassion or empathy, boundary problems, terrible communication skills, poor judgement, sadistic, probably takes the wings off of flies, stay away from her!! I want my money back!!

Does racial profiling, hates people, boundary problems, incompetent and unethical, sees no ones perspective but her own, likes to yell at and intimidate her clients, thinks her clients have ESP, dishonest and hipocritical, makes up problems where there are none, terrible communication skills, poor judgement, stay away from her!! I want my money back!!
