my husband purchased a platinum overhaul and engine rebuild from billy. not only did it completely spill out oil ,but that was during the first week. the truck had a total of three major problems within the first month that cost a lot of money and motel fees(since you cant stay in the sleeper while its in the shop for days) he never honored the warranty that was for 100,000 miles or one year. a ceritified CAT mechanic said it was done incorrectly and there were broken pieces and the engine was painted in places that effected the oil. it was a 40,000$ job and he refused to come to the phone like a coward and told his front desk to tell my husband that he wasn't gong to fix or pay for it. im sure it would be different if we were there in person. this matter is not resolved yet but I would not recommend someone that stole 40,000. or don't trust him to do major work on your engine.
