Western & Southern Life Insurance

i would never ever recommend this company to even my worse enemy. Had them for over 40 yrs. only to find out my policies were chng'd without my signatures they can;t produce the documents. I was told my policy needs to be chng'd before turning 65 or i won;t have any, also my rates keep going up well pass what was forecasted for a company that didn't made money in our last recession. Also i basically had to switch to lower insurance @ at the cost of approx. 2/3 what i was paying. 3 months have gone by and the policies are still not into effect. My rep. was told about issues and guess what -she says 'it's not her fault, she competent'. In plain english she is terrible and try to find a regional manager to step in and help (forget it, it's not happening). Enough said, W&S ARE VERY IMCOMPETENT AND POORLY RUN. I guess they figure that they collected my money for 40 over years, just hassel the old people and they;ll go somewhere else and some other insurance company will have to payout, we made our money.
