It's so nice to deal wih people that get it right the first time. When I call I get a person not a machine. Maybe they are pretending, but it feels like they are happy to talk to me. Monday I called to change to a new car they asked me questions said they would call me back with what it would cost me. Then like 5 minutes later a guy called and explained they could change what I had or they could write a new policy for me. The thing is, he took the time to go through the pros and cons of each choice. I asked them to fax my proof, they did but my machine was super low on ink, so I called back and asked if they could email me instead- no problem and they emailed it to me. Nothing ever seems to be a problem, where I was before EVERYTHING was a problem.

I was at the dealer getting a new (Used) car for my son.I called my agent urban Auto and they told me how much it would be to add him and his car to my policy. It was a real good rate, less than I thought it would be for a 17 male.That was 6:00pm but he was still picking between two cars, and the guy at the car place would not let him drive off untill he saw proof that we had the car insured.Urban stayed open for an extra hour + till we got it all done; just so my son could drive off with the car that night.They saved me money and time.Thanks

I was referred to urban by a friend. I got a quote online, it was so cheap I thought it had to be a mistake. But when I called them on the phone and went through the whole thing- they were like, Yes, that is really our rate.I checked the BBB site, and that gave them an A+; so I called them back and started my car insurance. Today, I cant afford to over pay for anything. The money I saved helped.

I got tow truck insurance from Urban insurance and I was able to cut $640 off where I had it last year.I was able to get my certificate the same day so I could get my plates.Easy quick and price was lowest I found.Only thing I would say is it was hard to park by their office, but they told me to call them when I got there and they brought the paper out to my truck.

I've had Urban car insurance since I moved back from college. Both of my roommates ended up starting insurance with them as well; after they found out how cheep their rate are compared to safeauto or Geico.I also like that I can call and ask to speak to the same woman I did the last time I called. In college I had Progressive, they were fine, but hated that each time I called I had to tell my whole story all over again. I am happy to say I never had an accident, but my roommate did, and she had no problem.

I went online to SuperPages.com and UrbanInsuranceAgency.com had the lowest price, hands down. I just put down $60 and they electronicly filed the sr-22 the "same day".I told my sister to go to Urban Insurance.

Urban was more than $250 less than Progressive.I started the insurance over the phone and they faxed me a proof of insurance to my office about 20 minutes later.It worked out to be real easy, and I could actually talk to a person.

I searched online and found that Urban Insurance had the lowest price of the 6 places I clicked on.They were able to answer my questions. The other places it was so hard to get a real person on the phone. Most sites didnt even have a #. like they did not want you to call them. Larry Lubell helped answer my questions, and returned my calls. They made buying insurance easy.
