Temporis—the 'passage of time' in Latin—embraces the evolution of seasons and ingredients, drawing inspiration in part from a hydroponic garden in the basement. The diverse beverage program offers standard and reserve wine pairings, a full wine list and a selection of cocktails, beer, digestifs and spirit-free beverages.
