The only problem I had was with the Civic shortly after I bought it, which involved a strut mount. HOWEVER, I sent them the repair bill (@ $350) and a letter, and THEY PROMPTLY REIMBURSED ME, which I found to be extremely professional. I would definitely go back

I've bought two cars from these guys: a 2006 VW Touring and a 2007 Honda Civic. They're very friendly, and actually have decent cars.

The entire team took care of us while buying a car from S&M. They offered us an honest price for the car we bought. S and M also gave us what we asked for on our trade in. The transaction went very smoothly and after the sale they have been available to answer all of our questions.

The car i bought was nice with low mileage, overall I love the car I went to the location on 57 & western.

They fixed a leak in the valve cover gasket the same day we were there to look at the car. They also replaced a missing knob for the side mirrors. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

My interaction was only thru phone and email. But I received adequate responses to all questions, they also sent a copy of car fax via email.

The car i bought was nice with low mileage but the customer service was poor the manager was on the phone while dealing with me so it was like a back and forth thing so I really disliked like .one of the guys that was showing me the cars was a flirt like dude keep it professional but overall I love the car I went to the location on 57&western..

How disheartening...... what has AMERICA come to. Getting ripped off by foreign people that do not pay taxes!!!!! My son wasted $11,500.00 on a worthless unsafe vehicle that never even made it home! He is young and too trustworthy yet and needs to learn however, we have foreigners living the AMERICAN dream and ripping off the AMERICANS!!! What is wrong with this picture. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL PLACE. All muslims living tax free in the states. I work with several Muslim people and they are great. This place gives Muslims a bad name. Took my sons life savings and he has no vehicle and going to college!
