        This Dave "person" is passive aggressive. Terrible sales person. All I wanted to do is speak to him on the phone and he told me he didn't want to "hold my hand". Oh well as Dave said "nothing personal".
        I was forced to give 1 star but in reality it's zero stars.

        Would not resolve my Voicemail issue. This is from Dave who does customer service.


        Phil,

        If you are having these problems then I would suggest you make some changes in your telecommunications providers.

        If the problem is us, which I don't think it is because you are the only one I am having a exchange with like this, then get rid of us. It is not worth saving a few pennies if you miss the calls that make you dollars.

        If you have problems with other providers in accessing the public telephone network then I'd get rid of them.

        this is dave in customer support, phil had difficulty calling his voicemail number that we provided from his home telephone. we only provide voicemail numbers, not telephone service. he kept calling and calling blaming our service. i think i was honest with him and gave him good advice.
