On Time Appliance Repair

I had a tech (3rd party from Sears) come out on 6/12 - said I had a busted gasket in my fridge - took picture and sent to office to order part - told me someone from the office would call later that day or the following(6/13). I have left several voice mails and as of today 6/17 NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS!!! - I AM VERY, VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY.

I had a scheduled appointment on 8/05/16 between 8A-12P and no one showed up or called. "On-Time" really does not live up to their name, keeps customers waiting, and or does not show up for appointments.
