walked and asked about cubs tickets. The guy behind the counter did not have the courtesy to get out of his seat and come to the window. First question what do you want to spend. (used car salesman I thought)As little as possible I said But I get it so I said I'd can't afford box seats how about infield grandstand 375 to 400 he said . Wher e are they at? what row I said? all over he said . Well can you show me some tickets and we'll go from there. You don't want to spend any money he said. You're not trying very hard to sell me any tickets I said. You don't want to pay anything. ( I guess since I wasn't going to spend 2K per box seat I wasn't worth the time. Ok thanks for your time i said as I turned to walk out. At which time he sad very sarcastically "Enjoy the game from your couch." Wow ,what a business professional, thank told me and it shoould tell you all you need to know about this jerk

I live very close to this business and have passed it numerous times over the years. I walked into the business a few weeks back to get some information about possibly selling 2 cubs playoff tickets. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged by two men that were working that day. It appeared as if I was interrupting their conversation and they showed absolutely no interest in helping me. Finally I was waived over by a miserable looking man (short, gray hair, mid 40's) who seemed to be quite bothered by having a customer in the store. I informed him that I was looking to get some information about selling 2 cubs playoff tickets for the following day. The man asked how much I was looking to get and I mentioned that I was not sure, but had observed some of the going rates on stubhub for that section. This employee pretty much laughed in my face and stated "the Cubs are going to lose tonight and these tickets will be worthless tomorrow." He then pushed the tickets off the counter and they flew onto the floor. The employee then turned his back and walked away like a coward. I have never been treated so rudely in a business establishment. The level of disrespect shown by this employee is appalling. This business claims to buy/sell tickets for sporting events and concerts, yet this is how they treat customers???? Absolutely disgusting!!!!! My wife and I both work for the city and we have quite a few friends, co workers and relatives that live nearby. You better believe that we will let them all know that they should NEVER do business with this unprofessional establishment. As a side note these Cubs tickets have been in my family since the early 1970's and were passed on to me from my departed father. For this employee to carelessly toss them on the floor is inexcusable and deplorable! Would rate this place zero stars if that was possible.

I went to a Carlos Santana concert last year thanks to Just Great Tickets. It was one of my best memories of the year. From then on I have trusted them for White Sox tickets as well. Muy bien.

Previous reviewers are right. This company is terrible. I bought 3 tickets for a concert this summer. When I showed up at will-call to pick up the tickets, they gave me tickets for crappy seats instead of the good seats I bought. It was tough to ever get a hold of anyone at their office to try and rectify the situation and when I was able to reach someone (Allen) he was a total jerk. Buyer beware!

This is the worst place I've ever bought tickets from, and I'll be making sure that none of my friends or family members will ever buy from this place. The customer service is completely horrendous. The man behind the phone is rude and loud-mouthed with no respect towards the customer. I bought tickets to a show coming up in less than a month and wondered why the tickets had not arrived yet. I simply called to ask that with the credit card on hand and everything. The man YELLED at me, assuming I committed fraud because I'm a teenager and I had used my mother's credit card. My mother does not speak english well, but she gave me the credit card with full permission to buy it. They all ready charged her, and she knew of it so of course she did not report anything if there was no problem or crimes involved. However, whenever I tried answering this man's questions, he continued to yell and called me a liar. I asked him if my parents could speak to him, but he ignored my suggestion to fix this problem and he continued to yell and accuse me of things I did not do. He made me repeat things over and over. He turned a simple problem into a hellhole for everyone involved just because he is bitter. When I told him I just wanted my tickets, he started threatening to take them away. We spent 400 dollars on that! We paid for shipping, but he then said we had to go to Chicago to pick them up because apparently, he had enough of this! After I said my father will be in touch, he said, "byeee" with a sarcastic tone that had a bit of "haha I won" tone to it. What kind of customer service is that!? I just wanted an answer and if he didn't like it, I could ask my parents to call in. Instead, he stayed on the line for 10 minutes just yelling and accusing me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Tickets are also expensive and you might even have to drive to chicago to get them.

Horrible Service, Horrible Prices

My boyfriend and I wanted to see a play. We wanted to see that nights show so he asked me to call the company so they could put our tickets at will call. Some guy answered the phone and asked my name and information, i clearly stated that this was going to be all my boyfriends information, he told me that I need to leave me house and go to a kinkos and fax them a copy of the drivers license and credit card. I have never heard of such a thing for purchasing online or through the phone, the gentleman's tone was VERY rude with me and he swore at me and HUNG UP. They wanted us to pay for OVER PRICED TICKETS and ALSO fax a copy of our license to them?? Sounds SHADY. We ended up going to COASTTOCOASTTICKETS.COM and the tickets were $100 CHEAPER FOR THE EXACT SAME SECTION/ROW AND THERE WAS NO HASSLE. I would NEVER use this place again, shady people. shady prices.

Called up and the 2 people I talked to were very rude. On top of this the prices they gave me are super high. Called other people that had tickets much cheaper. I would not call this company.
