John's Pizzeria

The restaurant is in a comfortable environment. They do have really good Pizza and the best home made lasagna ever. They also have plenty of other Italian dishes.

Pizza and soups are fantastic, while, the sandwiches are adequate. All in all good food at a fair price.

I called to place an order and got attitude to the point were I had to hung up. My coworkers placed an order anyway. Upon getting back from picking up the order they realize that we were not giving a bag of salad and soda so we asked the cashier if they can deliver the rest to us seeing that they didn't give us our complete order, she stated that it wasn't her fault that we forgot the rest of our order so NO they can't deliver it. So I requested to speak to the manager and asked him the Owners full name and he stated he could only give me the first name. I explained to him what had happened and requested again to have the order delivered he stated that NO and that it's not his fault that the person picking up was incompetent. I told the cashier that I would get in contact with the owner and at that point she told the manager that I was talking smack so I had enough and hung up. I have ordered from Johns for years and never encountered such poor customer service. Betsy 773/633-3681
