Desperately in need of a haircut I decided to stop in and get a quick one. I waited for about 10 minutes which I think was good considering I don't have an appointment. The stylist was funny and easy to talk to, and my cut came out fine. Tipped her paid and left in a good mood.

I came in for a cut and color because they had an opening and I needed to get it done that day.I didn't get a chance to read these reviews. But for me I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile, the staff were very upbeat and fun to be around. To be honest I got excellent service and my cut/color came out exactly how I wanted it to.

I live in Schaumburg and I will take the drive to go to this Salon. I will only go to one person and HE knows who he is! I love the place. I NEVER had to wait over 30 mins and even that is worth it. I always get the color I want and the style I envisioned. I went to ASHA's in Schaumburg payed through the ROOF and NEVER got what I wanted and you couldn't even see the color Not to mention the Chicks there are Rude and snobby! Gallery Rocks I love you guys... Over 10 years and counting!!!!

It's the worst hair salon I've ever gone to. First of all the receptionist said I dont need an appointment for a haircut and need to wait a couple of minutes to have my hair done, couple of minutes turned out 40. Then finally the 'stylist' took care of my hair. Hircut itself was decent, but when I got home I found out my hair was literally burned after blowout! So I got split ends back within an hour after haircut. She's done even bigger damage to my hair than it used to be. Plus they dont use professional hair products thats why prices are not high (I dont know about coloring). From that experience I better spend extra $20 for a quality hair care, instead of damaging it at some place like that.
