Dental Salon

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! I made an appt with this office and traveled 2 hours because the dentist in my small town said they did not feel comfortable caring for a 4 year old cavity. When I made the appt., as you can imagine I doubled triple checked if they were equipped to care for a 4 year old cavity. They assured me they were a family practice and they would take care of her.

After 15 min in the chair, they tried to give my daughter a shot and she did not like it so the doctor said she did not feel comfortable treating my child. They only attempted once and gave up. They were not apologetic at all and I was very disappointed.

After I was told by someone who previously worked there that they video tape and record everyone in the rooms and they owner watches and listens to everyone. What an invasion of privacy. They should put up signs incase your phone conversations are private and sensitive.

If I was an adult looking for a great practice try ORA Dental Studios. They have multiple locations in Chicago and are very professional and qualified.

What a creepy dental office.

The Dental Salon has completely changed my outlook on going to the dentist. Every since I was a child my worst nightmare each year was having to go to the dentist.



After moving to Chicago last year I was fortunate enought to find The Dental Salon and give it a try. From the moment I walked into this place I was at ease and not scared at all. The staff was very warm and welcoming, the office is beautiful, and I felt more like I was in a spa then I did a dentist.



Dr. Sheffield was the dentist that saw me and she was AWESOME!!! Very kind and gentle with everything and explained each procedure in depth before performing them.



I can truly say "I LOVE THE DENTAL SALON" and have reccomended it to all of my friends. Thanks Dental Salon.
