I've tried twice with this company and it resulted in me losing $10,000 US



The first time I used this company I had gone to Hong Kong to get a new Visa just as the law changed and it was no longer an option. This company advised me to mail them my passport. A week later I got a call from the Consulate saying I had broken a law and I had to come in immediately or they would inform the police. Turns out it is illegal to mail a passport. So not only did I have to stay in a hotel in Hong Kong for two weeks I also had to return to the US and explain myself.



I decided to give them one more try when my next Visa was due. Booked a flight to the US. Staying two weeks. It takes five business days normally to get a Visa. There was once again a change in laws and now my invitation letter wasn't good enough. This is something they admitted that they knew and they failed to tell me. So two weeks in a hotel in the US and no Visa. Their answer was to fly to Hong Kong and mail my passport to them.
