Brown Sugar Bakery

I love the cakes and cupcake and have recommended this bakery to many friends and relatives because of the great cakes. To my surprise upon a recent visit the counter attendant who was helpful in assisting me with my purchases packaged my baked goods in a box that was only fit to be thrown out! It had fingerprint smudges over the box and writing and doodleson it. I kindly ask the young lady to give me a fresh box because the presentation was just as important as the goods inside, especially when spending a nice sum of cash for your purchases. She complied but definitely demonstrated a truly perturbed attitude. Stephanie, train your staff that great customer service extends to not only assisting customers in a cordial manner, but presentation is key even down to packaging. One thing to make fabulous "slap yo mamma" food, but if it is not packaged well all goes to naught. Invest in some better containers add a holiday motif during the holiday for folks to remember your bakery. You can't blow up large when you and staff operate like its your home kitchen and you aren't marketing your goods in a better way. Even Dunkin Donuts invest a little in there packaging.
