Big O Movers

The price was expensive I do not recommend this company to anyone. The movers were two hours late. When the movers arrived they since to have an argument within the group of four. After they were finished I found tat my television was busted. I reported the incident and they do no want to pay for the damages even though they claimed to be insured. I believe I now have to go through small claims. The movers lied and said they moved a different sixe television then the one in which the busted Horrible company

I've used Big O Movers, south side of Chicago location, twice in the past. I would recommend them to anyone. I received professional and prompt service both times. Nothing at all was broken or lost. If I move out of town, I will use them also.

DO NOT USE.....The Worst Unprofessional company especially the owner Mr. Otis, they will quote you one price then something higher when they get there. Also the movers was 45mins late & Mr. Otis didn't offer me anything. I fired them on the spot & I refuse to spend MY MONEY with a worth less company. Repeat DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Big O moved me from Chicago to Naperville about 2 months, and they did a great job. They guys were not hungover, they handled all my thing with care, they were on time, they listened to what I had to say, and overall I really enjoyed them. The guys were funny, fun and my son enjoyed them helping us. They didn't damage any of my things, and there moving skills were very up to part. Everything was wrapped up the correct way, and placed on the truck in order. Unlike some people I was watching everything and I watched them wrap and put my things on the truck. I was very involved in the move and at the same time giving them there space to do there job. I will be using them again for my long distance move and I hope I have the same great service........... : - )

They were over 2 hours late, charged $200 more than quoted, and damaged furniture (large gouges in dark wood furniture - not really fixable). Also refused to answer my calls regarding the damage.
