The service I received from this place has been absolutely ridiculous. My oven went out before Thanksgiving. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving I had an appointment in which I had my nephew stay at my apartment to wait for them because I had to work. They cancelled the appointment because their repairmen ALL called off. I asked to be rescheduled for Friday and was told they werent making appointments because they didnt think the repairmen would show up Friday either, o........k.......
So I reschedule for another time, only to have them cancel again because their repairmen didnt show up again. O........k......???
I had an appointment today. I got the call confirming the appointment. Corrina called me to let me know they were 15 mins away. The repairmen called me when they arrived and I ANSWERED. He was at the door and I buzzed him in the building. I noticed that hadnt made it up the stairs so I went downstairs to tge entrance door only to see they had left! And had the nerve to leave a card stuck in the bell with a time on it as if I wasnt at home...AFTER THEY SPOKE WITH ME ON THE PHONE. At this point I was LIVID!!!! The repairman called 'restricted' so I could not call him back. I call the store over and over with NO ANSWER. Finally, Corrina answers after several more calls and several voicemails only to defend these service techs...really? REALLY????
Corrina, you spoke with me to confirm I was home AND the repairman spoke with me to confirm I was mot only home but was at the door to buzz him in. Their solution? To reschedule yet again. This is tge most unprofessional display of customer service I have EVER received. The manager, Jose, NEVER bothered to resolve this at any point. This experience has been completely inconsiderate of my time.
Why didnt the repairman call me back if he missed the buzz on the door???
Why didnt the repairman call YOU back at the store/office to get ahold of me before leaving???
TRAIN YOUR REPAIRMEN BETTER!
YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!

I have been purchasing from Best Appliance for about nine years now. I have not had any problems with them.

They install and remove the old appliances where you want them. The only thing I don't like about this company is

the communication between the customer and the sales person. They sometimes don't understand what it is you

are talking about. I purchased a gas dryer and it have lasted about 4 years without any problems. It stopped heating now I have to either get it repaired by them or purchase another one. For used appliances they are the greatest.

The worst service in the world

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Mr Jose" who schedules the repair and let's you know when the repair will take place was the most rudest and sarcastic employee I have ever came accross. I was called numerous times with the impression that they will be out to repair my stove and dishwasher only to find that they canceled at the last minute. I asked Mr Jose who is the owner of Best appliance because I wanted to make a complaint that I have been waiting a week and a half for a service repairman to come out and fix my appliances. I also explained that I have a 2yr old child and I work and I am unable to sit at home all day every day to wait to see if just maybe this might be the day that I may be able to get service. Mr Jose told me that he is unable to tell me who the owner was and that my complaint was not important for the owner to be made aware of the type of service his customers are getting from him employees.

great warranty for used appliances

I recently got two sets of appliances at a great price with 6 months warranty and free hook-up service on both stoves. they also have next day delively which was of a lot of help seeing that i had a inspection the following morning. 15 mintues late but thats ok cause everything was ready for the inspection. they also removed the doors to get in to the apartments and when they were done they put everything back together. I was very happy with them keep up the good work

Don't purchase anything from this place they offer cheap appliances but they do not offer their customers refunds when the appliances are either unwanted or not received!
