Aztecas Mex Taqueria

This gem hidden across the street from the Police Station on Lincoln is one of the best family comfort food restaurants I've been too. I'm afraid my tastes in Mexican fare are pretty pedestrian, but that's what they do best. Out of this world ground beef (picadillo) tacos made to order, phenomenal enchiladas, great burritos and salsa that is just spicy hot enough to make it real. They also have various beers and drinks at very reasonable prices especially for the ever -increasing-in-price Lincoln Square area. Three more reasons to go are that it's rarely busy, the service actually comes with a smile, and it is kept very clean. These are some friendly people, I hope they do well!
