        An awesome, but slightly overwhelming experience. Everything you could ever want and more in a doll experience. Staff is nice, but bring your patience cause it's a bit crazy all the time.

        American GIrl Place, Chicago, Cafe, has a wonderfully decorated, opened, and spacious atmosphere for any event or party for young girls! Great waiters and waitresses who are willing to accommodate their guests. We love attending the store events and having Tea for Two or lunch in the Cafe. The food choices from the menu are great for kids. The portions are generous and food is always a perfect temperature. We have ordered many different items from the menu throughout our visits, and each time, my girls seemed to enjoy all of them. We will be attending the 2014 Event for the Girl of The Year, tomorrow, so as always, we will be enjoying a fabulous luncheon in the Cafe.

        Had a great time!!

        When I visited amg place it was awesome!! i had dinner with my mom and american girl, then saw a production. i have 2 ag dolls, jess, girl of the year for '06 and kirsten, an origanal. i luv them both!!!!!

        They offer so many accessories for the dolls and so much fun for a child who is really into these dolls. A great place to spend an afternoon.

        Lovely Place

        My mother and I visited just to see what all the buzz was about. As we got closer we saw several family groups approaching,each with a smiling young girl. It was wonderful inside so much excitement and the displays so well organized and accessible. We were very impressed.
