        Dr. Adam Fleischer was born in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate with a double major in neuroscience and the history and philosophy of science. He received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where he is now a tenure-track associate professor. In addition to his academic position, he maintains an active clinical practice in Lakeview and serves as WFAI Director of Research, where he has been responsible for helping to develop the practice’s evidence-based clinical pathways and best practices. Dr. Fleischer is a recognized opinion leader in the field of foot and ankle surgery and a frequent lecturer at regional and national conferences. Dr. Fleischer also currently serves as Chair of the Clinical Practice Advisory Committee for APMA. In his spare time, Dr. Fleischer enjoys spending time reading, writing, and collaborating with his colleagues in Haiti to bring state-of-the-art diabetic foot services to the country’s capital city in Port-au-Prince.

        Amazing experience

        Dr Adam took care of pain I have been in since 2017. He listened to my complaint and came up with a solution. I'm extremely happy with the relief I have. My foot numbness has interrupted my sleep since it began and for the first time since August 2017 I got a full night's sleep with no pain waking me up. He knows feet and I trust him fully and you can too.

        Got the information--a second opinion--and will follow through with my podiatrist..

        Dr. Fleisher was very straightforward and gave me the options upfront and I was able to look at the pros and cons of each step in the process from using a prosthesis to possible surgery. He gave me the opportunity to ask lots of questions. I left with a clarity that not always available with physicians. Thank you.

        Dr. Fleischer explained everthing in a manner that, I, as a patient could understand. He helped me to see that my problem would be addressed, and gave me hope for a successful outcome.
