I do not recommend this place. I went today to do a ComEd payment in this supposed authorized agency ;. A customer service representative refused to give me a confirmation number to report my payment. It is very frustrating that ComEd can disconnect my service just because some businesses do not know what kind of employees they have. I payed already but I do not have peace of mind, just because a currency exchange representatives decides that its okay to abuse their customers.
