        I placed an order in January for a basketball. In April I also requested the basketball be signed. My credit card was charged for the basketball and the signature in June. It is now July 9th and I have yet to receive this product. I contacted Nikco and was told it was out of their hands and it was now up to the player or agent to see that the basketball is signed. I think 7 months is enough time to wait and to then email the company and be told it was out of their hands yet they charged all costs to my credit card???? I had to put the charges in dispute on my credit card and would never recommend this company to anyone to do business with.
