I paid more then the price was on the goods I bought from them, I use to get a 20 % Discount now I had to pay 30% more Then the price that was marked on the products I will never go back I went there for 3 years, Yes I should have worn my glasses so I could have caught the rip off disappointed

EVERYTIME I GO IN THERE I'M CONFRONTED WITH THIS COCKY S.O.B WHO THINKS HE'S GODS GIFT TO THAT STORE. HE'S POMPUS ARGUMENTATIVE, HE'S A LIAR, I REALLY THINK THE OWNER WAS DOING WAY WAY BETTER 3-4 YEARS AGO WITH THAT NICE YOUNG MAN HE HAD WHEN THE STORE FIRST OPENED. THIS DUDE HE HAS NOW I'VE APPROACHED ON A FEW ACCASIONS AND SAW THE SAME HORRIBLE TREATMENT COME OUT OF HIS EGOTISTICAL RAT TRAP.. HE SHOULD KEEP IT IN CHECK NO MATTER WHAT. A SALE IS A SALE HE LOOSES A LOT OF THEM WHEN I'M IN THERE OBSERVING HE B.S. WAY TO MUCH ON THE PHONE WHE WE NEED HIS HELP THE CUSTOME HAS TO WAIT FOR HIM TO GET OFF THE PHONE SERIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I LIKE THE GUYS AT GRATIOT GOOD TEAM THERE.

I went to the store for some hard to find supplies, which they didn't have. The employee helped me find what I was looking for instead of just saying no. Thanks

Worst costumer service. I even tried to speak to the owner/manager with no better results I wouldn't go to any of the locations again. I will drive an extra 10mins just not to go to hdro pros again. Wonder why there are so many bad reviews.

Was a great experience, had all my products and answered necessary questions, unlike other stores in the area that were just selling me oh equipment they explained the differences in the items of interest. Thanks

I PURCHASED ALOT OF EQUIPMENT FROM THIS STORE AND MY C02 REGULATOR MALFUCTIONED AFTER 3 WEEKS OF USE. I TOOK IT TO THE STORE AND HAD TO ARGUE WITH THE MANAGERS TO GET IT SWAPPED OUT EVEN THOUGH IT HAS A FIVE YEAR WARRANTY. I BROUGHT THE NEW ONE HOME AND HOOKED IT UP AND IT WAS BROKE SO I CALLED THE STORE AND HE SAID HE WAS NOT GONNA EXCHANGE IT. HE WANTS ME TO BUY A NEW ONE AND THEN HE WILL EXCHANGE IT HE SAID BUT I DONT NEED TO AND THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO SCAM ME OUT OF MORE MONEY. I CALLED AROUND AND FOUND ANOTHER HYDRO STORE THAT WOULD SWITCH IT OUT FOR ME. DO NOT SHOP AT HYDROPROS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE EQUIPMENT. IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND CHEAP PRICES GO TO SUNNYSIDE HYDROPONICS IN EASTPOINTE HE STANDS BEHIND HIS PRODUCTS AND DTAKES CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. HE IS CHEAPER ALSO.
