        "I inspect the home as if I were buying it with my own hard earned money." I take at least 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours on sight. Plus another hour back at the office preparing the pictures for you. No one is as thourough as Beacon Light Home Inspections.

        Best value for a fair price. Very knowledgeable in all subject matters.

        Written report and jpeg pictures were helpful and detailed. Inspector took four hours to inspect my 2300 sq. ft. home. Did not miss anything.
