asked for a referral was scheduled for an office visit, even the nurse who tested my blood pressure didn't understand why I had an office visit. tried to get me out of there with the referral but the doctor insisted on seeing me. he then proceeded to inflate the results of a medical test that his spoken words to me were proved incorrect by the paperwork in front of him. when calls out on his mistake was threatened with police intervention, lawsuits for liable, and was told he doesn't need referrals from "people like me". whether someone like me implies fat or living with a mental illness, who's to say.

wanted a referral, ended up with an office visit, attempts at blood work labs, attempts at misinformation, being yelled at and threatened, and when asked who I could file a complaint with was told he was a senior partner and no one is above him.

I have been battling stage 4 bone cancer for the past three years. I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. Raquel LePera, DO was a new primary care doctor I had switched over to due to my insurance. I just saw her this past week, where I was extremely ill. She didn't perform any test, or X-rays, while gossiping about how her other colleagues (by name), and how they don't take the proper steps in order to get to the root of the problem. While talking about herself the entire time. Because of her incompetence and unwillingness to actually do her job, she self prescribed me. I took the antibiotics and steroids she prescribed for 3 days, until my symptoms became unbearable, and I had to be rushed to the emergency room. Because of Dr. LePera prescribing me the wrong medicine, the doctors at U of M Ann Arbor struggled with finding the root of the problem, because of the antibiotic that she prescribed having the ability to mask the results. I am now fighting influenza, bacterial pneumonia & have developed an immune disorder known at ITP because my flu wasn't treated properly/quick enough. This is EXTREMELY SERIOUS for a cancer patient as myself to struggle with maintaining the proper amount of platelets. I am currently still in the hospital and fighting for my life! I might not even be able to continue doing chemotherapy anymore, which is required for my survival. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled that a person can be that careless and unprofessional, especially knowing my health. She may literally have cost me my life.... she needs to be fired and never allowed to work in her field again.

Let me start out by saying that Dr. Klein was highly recommended from 2 of my co-workers. In hindsight, I should have walked into work the next day and blackened a few eyes... Having allergies almost 35 years, I will get bronchitis or a sinus infection at least once a year. So, I know when I have either of those. That being said, here is how my appointment went... I arrived at the office 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The woman at the front desk PROMPTLY swiped my debit card to secure payment. (My first mistake paying for a service before I got it. Let alone crappy service.) After waiting in the treatment room for several minutes, Dr. Klein came in. Partially unbuttoned shirt with visible chest hair popping out. (I was expecting Higgin's to follow him in the room...) After roughly 2 minutes of examination, he said I didn't need medication but he wanted to do a blood test to verify. So with blood drawn and aggravated, I left $40.00 poorer and a band-aid on my arm. 3 weeks later, I get a bill from my insurance for $75.00 for tests that they wouldn't cover. My suggestion is to seek an alternate source of medical attention. Or better yet, if you have a Veterinary Clinic near you, go there... You may at least get a treat when they are done.

Great check in now since going electronic. Patient portal a nice touch to review results. Staff up front getting better. This practice is very busy but have been satisfied with my medical treatment much better than clinic I was going to.

I have been going to Dr. Mianicki for about 3 years now and I have no complaints but the front desk staff is hands down the most miserable group of women, they are so rude and should not be in the field that they're in if they don't want to treat people with common respect.

I have never left a review in my life, but after yesterday's visit with a Dr. Klein, I felt I owed it to others to give a honest opinion. I began seeing Dr. Lepera a year ago. If you have a simple cold, she's ok, but anything more involved: forget it! She will actually ask YOU what you think your treatment should be. ???? Last time I checked, I had no medical diploma. Yesterday topped it off. I saw a Dr. Klein. He was everything the stereotypical doctor could be. He was pompous, and rude. His patient care skills would be better used at a morgue. I am honestly not exaggerating. The only Doctor at this clinic who can perfectly blend knowledge with a great caring attitude is Dr. Emmeric.

A couple of the doctors here are nice but the front desk staff are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. When you come in they will let you stand there like an idiot ignoring you until they feel like acknowledging you and when they do they are extremely snotty. When you call in for something like a script they will act like they are going to take care of it and they don't you usually have to call a few times before they feel like doing it. I wonder if the doctors are aware of how the front desk staff treats their patients. Sad .. no longer going here!!!

I am so disappointed with some of these reviews. I have been coming to this clinic since I was a small child. I have seen every single doctor in the facility, except for their newest female - though my sister has seen her and loves her. This clinic has great hours. I don't usually wait long, maybe 15-20 minutes at the most. My personal doctor is Dr. LePera and she is so great. I've had her since I turned a teenager. Before that Dr. Klein was my usual go-to, and if LePera isn't available the day I call in, he usually is. If you have an issue Dr. LePera will do whatever it takes to figure out the cause, if she doesn't know it right away. The only doctor I am not fond of is Dr. Mianecki. He doesn't listen and then just pushes you out the door. The front desk staff can be a bit unfriendly, depending on who you get. But it's not frequent nor has it ever been an issue. As far as test results, they won't call you unless there is cause for concern, but if you do call to find out the results they will get back to you within the next day. I have never had issues with this office, in the 20+ years I've been coming here.

0 stars. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor and staff. If you want to be treated horribly, please go see Dr. Klein. First time I viisted I was put on medication that made me vomit and have some other horrible stomach reactions. When I called to inform the office of this, I was told to keep taking it for a few more days to see if it got better. Really?! Please let me vomit for a few more days so that you do not have to actually do your job. The second time I had been struggling with the worst cough for 3 weeks, I finally gave in, took a day of work to wait for two hours to see the dr. After complaining about his family the whole time he was examining me, I was told my horrible cough was nothing, although he would take blood to run some tests to be sure. After asking what to do to alleviate the symptoms, I was asked if I wanted him to adjust my back. Not sure how that is appropriate. Next was asked if I wanted to get a shot, said it has helped a few other patients. Didn't even explain what the shot was for until I reacted a little scared. Then find out this was the same medication that they had given me last time but in a shot form. Of course never noted on my chart that I had become horribly sick from it. 3 days after my visit, after no test results, I called and had to leave a voicemail to even request my results. 24 hours later got a call from the nurse who was so condesending and rude. So please go see Dr. Klein if you would like to be treated horrible.

Recently switched to Dr. LePera after being disatisfied with the current doctor's office I was going to. Heard good things about her and was not disappointed. She is approachable and thorough. Recieved my results in a timely matter. Same day appointments are good especially when sick.

I only saw the female doctors at this practice. I found them both to be lacking in knowledge regarding my illness. My calls were not returned by the staff. When I did call I found the staff to be very rude.

You may have to wait at this office, but the Doctors will listen to you, work with you, and give you the best care possible. If they beleive the problem requires you to go to the hospital, that is where they will send you, even if it means headaches for them from .

This doctor and clinic are very friendly. Qualified - not sure. 2 visits without the correct dignosis from doctor or lab work. Had to go to a walk -in clinic for a 2nd opinion and correct dignosis. And am recieving bills from lab for work the insurance says not covered.
