Sears Auto Center

On January 3, 2015 I had my oil changed on my subaru forester. Today is march 17 ,2015.I decided to change the oil my self,and to my surprise I found that sears auto did not replace my oil filter.The reason I know is because the same subaru brand was still on my engine.sears does not carry subaru brand filters.Also it took them 7 hours to return my car,when they said it would be 3 hours.That will be the last time I take my car to sears auto

I'd probably have a good review if I hadn't been put on hold 2 times, first time for 20 minutes then the second time was asked if I could please hold and when I tried to answer was put on hold for another 15. At least they had decent Christmas music playing.
