Kangaroo Jac's

this place is to pack the one in chesapeake and they book too many parties at one time. you dont even get a room until 30 minutes after you get in there so your guest are all standing and waiting with gifts. you are standing and waiting as well to get your room you paid for. also the owner is rude and hanging up on his customers!! no customer service skills. make sure nothing happens because they are not reasonable people at all especially the owner who is a jerk!!

I was concerned about having my son's birthday party there having never been to this particular facility ad hearing about many unfavorable rumors. Through some research found that they had recently gone through some changes. Not are they under new management they also have new inflatables. My son and his friends had a great time during his party! There was plenty of staff on hand to monitor children's interaction to ensure it was a safe environment and seemed to be a clean and well run facility.

Uh, that review may have been older, but we've been just recently and experienced the same things (older kids pushing the littler ones, parents not correcting their children, etc). In order for this place to be safer, staff needs to be CONSTANTLY walking around making sure everyone is "playing nice"...and, I have a sneaking suspicion that that's not going to happen. My kid loves it there, but I have to follow her everywhere to make sure she stays safe - and I have to PAY in order to do so, which is, uh, ridiculous. Sigh, the things we do for our kids!

Well.... my kids had a blast. Yes, the Kangaroo Jac's crew is young and they are not very professional, but thats no reason to never take your kids back. Smaller kids are gonna be pushed around by bigger kids when the think they can get away with it ANYWHERE you go. You can't really let that reflect on WHERE they were. Its one of the few places you can go where you don't HAVE to watch your kids like a hawk and govern their every move. Of course there are those super-anal parents who just can't relax and let the kids play, but if you can overlook them you're sure to have a great time. I especially like the fact that parents can play too!!! And it was cheap fun!!!! I'll take my kids back every chance I get.

It was rough place in which kids basically being kicked and pushed down the slides by other children. I even witness one older child actually pushing a younger child in the head by the temple while the kid was laying down after sliding down. Since there were not any employee around I called both kids and walked them to their parents and explain what had happen. I then went to tell one of the Kangaroo Jac's Crew but she seems that she didn't know how to handle it or didn't care.The Kangaroo Jac's Crew seem to busy chatting with one another or were afraid to correct the children by reporting them to parents or even having them leave.I am aware that the Kangaroo Jac's Crew are not there to babysit. A that most of the parents there were not supervising their children as they should. I am sure this is on going problem you have there.I know one thing I will not take my children there again!
