They have a couple of GREAT doctors, but the office is so inefficient you can't get appointments, call backs,referrals, etc. If you call you get an answering machine and tnhey do not all you back. My pharmacy got the same thing, and a specialist did too.They do not answer the phone or follow up. I have had paperwork errors. Despite liking some of the doctors I can't recommend the office as it's borderline dangerous not to be able to reach the staff.

If your appointment is at 3, you will be seen at 4:30.

Residents doctors ask meaningless questions to save Dr.'s time and add on to yours.

They do not return phone calls.

Never know which Dr. you will see.

To make an appointment, you might be on hold for 20 minutes.

Pharmaceutical salesman get greater attention than the patients.
