For making a few phone calls, DPS feels entitled to take 40% of your paycheck! They make everything seem great at first, but after they have you placed in a job her demeanor changes and she treats you like a disposable employee. Their contracts last 3 months, and after that the employer can choose to hire you. From what I have heard from other employees, they usually will drop you right before the 3 month mark and send you back to DPS so they can recruit you with another company and continue profiting off your hard earned work.



Please do not use this business to find work! There are so many other recruiting agencies nearby that will 1) treat you with respect 2) not demand nearly half of your hard earned pay 3) will actually work to find you a permanent position. Terrible experience with DPS, waste of time and money that I cannot get back. Don't make the same mistake!
