Compupro Cherry Hill

I had a terrible experience with this business. The manager, Chuck Yurek, had zero customer service abilities. Despite being unfriendly from the moment he opened the door, he wouldn't even discuss a trade-in. I was offering him 2 laptops in exchange for 1 desktop. He didn't even look at the laptops. He exclaimed, "We don't accept trade-ins". He said this over and over again. On the front of the store and on his business card it clear says they do take trade-ins. False Advertising? He continued to be rude and told me that he is not going to waste his bosses time to discuss any trade-ins at all. Do not go to this place if you are looking for any decent customer service or truth to their advertising.
