I wish I could put "0" stars!!! Eric Shore is a scam for sure!!! My son's father was deemed disabled by multiple doctors over 3 years ago. So we started the process of applying, denial, review and now we're at the hearing part. Called Social Security and were told he'd probably have his hearing within the next few months. Great! Only Eric Shore's offices called this morning and said that there isn't enough evidence to prove disability!!! WTF?! Are u kidding me??!!! HE CAN'T EVEN GET IN A CAR AND DRIVE DOWN THE STREET!!! HOW COULD HE WORK?!!! Well, I guess from the reviews I've seen by google'ing this lawyer, it would have been best to have chosen another lawyer to begin with...but he choose Eric Sure and was told last minute that he can't represent him! Now we have to start all over w/a different lawyer and this time, it's in a time crunch!! Thanks Eric Shore for (not) returning all of our phone calls this past year, thanks for (not) communicating with us at all, and thanks for (not) representing him and putting us in this situation!!! So here's what we've dealt with since choosing Eric Shore for representation....



First phone call we were told that Eric Shore's lawfirm could represent him and sent out paperwork...then after the paperwork....NOTHING!! FOR OVER A YEAR!! NOTHING!! No phone calls, no emails...no returned phone calls. Call their multiple numbers, placed on hold for a hour and told to leave a message because he's busy. Leave a message, no call back....leave another message...still no call back!! LEAVE 5 MESSAGES IN 1 DAY...STILL NO CALL BACK!!!! Call the numbers again and push the option for "new cases" and was connected IMMEDIATELY!!! However, the people that take your information to send you paperwork in the mail are NOT the same people that handle cases...and DON"T EVEN WORK IN THE SAME OFFICE!!! They are unable to give any contact information for this lawfirm, but will be happy to connect you to their voicemail?!!! Really?! So I started google'ing this lawfirm....negative feedback EVERYWHERE except Facebook for some reason....then I look and see that feedback that was there previously has been deleted!!! There used to be over 50 reviews, now there are 17. What's up w/that?!



So all in all, I guess we'll be happy to find another lawyer...since this one didn't do anything for us except keep us hanging on a string for over a year anyway!!! Maybe this time, we will find a reputable one...one that returns phone calls...offers a cell phone number for contact...and is professional....this one sure is not!!! BEWARE...Disability Scam Lawyers are EVERYWHERE!!!!
