Kyle was born in 1960 and graduated from High School in 1978 from Cherokee, Oklahoma. He then obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 1982 and his Juris Doctorate degree in 1985 from the University of Tulsa. Kyle was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1985 and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma in 1987 and for the Eastern District of Oklahoma in 2007. Kyle’s primary focus initially consisted of general civil and criminal law. During his first 14 years of practice Kyle was involved in numerous trials as both lead counsel and co-counsel. Around 1995 Kyle’s practice began to focus more heavily upon real estate, probate, estates, trusts and oil and gas matters. In 1999, Kyle began working in renewable energy development, so his practice today is predominately transactional law in that field; however, he remains involved in most areas of law that the firm continues to handle.
Present members of Hadwiger & Jungman, P.L.L.C. are Kyle B. Hadwiger and Marcus Jungman. Current support staff for the firm consists of Jacklyn Kolb, Riki Berg and Alexa Goodwin. The broad goal of the firm is to provide general legal counsel in most legal matters that affect individuals and businesses on a day-to-day basis. More specifically, the firm will assist individuals or entities with criminal, civil, real estate, family, trust, probate, business organization and oil, gas and energy related matters. He then obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree as well as his MBA from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2011 and 2012. Kyle obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 2015 from the Duquesne University. Kyle was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2015. Kyle’s primary focus initially consisted of business, estate planning and services. Kyle is also an accountant and focuses on tax compliance and tax planning. In addition, he focuses on real estate, probate, estates, trusts, oil and gas, and business transaction matters.
