I brought in my kitten,the staff was kind and welcoming except for when the lady at the desk laughed when I told her my name and I was uncomftorable with the way they were holding my kitten(had him picked up by just his armpits).After that everything seemed to be going smoothly,got some antibiotics for his pnemonia.But then the doctor gave him a shot without telling me what it was or asking my permission and afterwards he told me it was a steroid.3 hours after he had gotten the shot he was crying in pain while I was laying beside him trying to comfort him then he cried loudly and stopped breathing"leading up to me giving him feline cpr but he died right in my arms.I did some research afterwards and it turns out steroids can be very risky with adult cats let alone kittens.Would not recomend unless you want to risk your loved one passing away.
